Excellent service from start to finish. The team were patient and helpful while I worked out exactly which car I wanted, offering advice without any pressure. Once I found the right car, they acted quickly and secured it at auction with very little notice from me. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. Based on comparable cars from independent dealers, I estimate I've saved around 30%. Really good service provided from Simon to access cars that the public usually can't see. We changed our minds a few times and Simon sent us lots of availability cars to consider, and managed to find us a lovely car within budget. Also then arranged transport to get the car to us a few days later. I've just bought a 2yr old VW through these guys. What was really valuable, was seeing the VW stock that comes off lease on a daily basis. They get posted online for other VW dealers to buy, the price starts high, and reduces everyday, and you have an opportunity to snatch it before your local dealership does. So it's not just BCA auction stuff, but good quality vehicles. I would definetely recommend  to anyone  to let Simon source your next car purchase. Simon emailed daily of potential cars and answered all my questions regarding the price to bid, condition, costs of fees and delivery. It was a truly pain free experience and i literally saved thousands over paying retail. So pleased that I found Simon online. From the off he was responsive to all communication - even late at night, to the point where I wondered whether he ever stopped working! Good advice and a clear structure to how the whole process works, which was really useful having never entered the world of car auctions before. Having narrowed down our search to find the car we wanted, Simon started sending options through. I was slightly nervous about bidding on the very first one (though others had come up since) but all went well - and Simon was in touch immediately to let us know we'd been successful and then that evening to advise on collection and payment options. No hestitaion whatsoever in recommending Car Buying Auction Service - we saved at least £2K (got an £11.5K / £12K car for £9.3K with all fees in.
