The best way to contact us is by email or through the contact forms on the website as it helps us track your enquiry. We are only human so can sometimes miss an email so if you haven’t heard back from us by the end of the working day then please resend.
The obvious benefit is that you are buying a vehicle at the same price as the dealers but avoiding the huge margins they place on the vehicle once it’s sat on their forecourt. Using our service means you can also access trade prices on all other fees too.
We charge a flat one-off fee which covers you for as many bids as you wish until successful, we do not take any commission from the purchase of the vehicle unlike other companies so it’s always in our interest to buy at the very lowest price.

Sign our bidding agreement and pay our fee then browse through available vehicles through our auction sources to find a selection of cars you are interested in. Send the results over to us and we can work together on creating a list of cars to bid on.
Our team will advise on the likely cost and provide CAP valuations for you. We’ll gather all the information on the car including mechanical and cosmetic reports in order to determine a successful bid.
Prior to engagement we provide an agreement form that contains all the terms and conditions of the service via a streamlined online process. Details on how to pay are contained within the agreement. Our fee is payable upon signing and before we place any bids on your behalf.
The agreement must be completed at least 24 hours prior to any potential bids to ensure you don’t miss out on any vehicles you are looking to buy.
Our service operates using a small one-off fee allowing you to bid on as many cars as necessary for one purchase. This means that if one bid falls through then it’s not going to cost you any more to place further bids until you are successful.

We will advise you on the guide pricing of the vehicle (CAP valuation) and the overall likely cost including all auction house fees. We gather all the information on the vehicle including mechanical and cosmetic reports in order to determine a successful bid.
We share all this information with you so that you can place a maximum bid based on the advice we provide. At the end of the day, YOU are the customer and no bids are placed unless we have received confirmation from you.
Yes, you can increase your maximum bid, ideally giving 24 hours’ notice but at least within sufficient time for us to accept your new bid prior to the auction starting.
We try to ensure you have the best possible chance of being successful without overpaying which is why we will share all information with you before the sale takes place so that you do not have to make any changes at the last minute.
We provide you with an invoice from the auction house for the total cost of the vehicle and you pay the auction house directly; clearing the outstanding balance on the vehicle ready for collection and delivery.
Payment must be received within 24 hours of a winning bid.

We can arrange delivery direct to your door once payment has cleared with the auction house.
We aim to get the vehicle to you as cheaply and as promptly as possible using our list of reputable trade delivery contacts as well as keeping the vehicle fully insured until it arrives safely at your nominated delivery address.
The cost of delivery is approximately charged at £1 per mile plus VAT with a minimum delivery charge of £99 plus VAT.
Yes we do!
We have a long-standing relationship with Warranty Wise to provide you with trade price warranties. Purchasing through ourselves will save you several hundreds of pounds by not going direct.
Warranties are quoted on an individual basis according to the make/model you are looking to cover, level of cover and period of cover. Please contact us directly for a quote. We can also provide warranties for existing vehicles in your household subject to terms and conditions.
We are pretty confident that you will be delighted with your new car so would hope this not to be the case but sometimes a car might not be what you had expected. Neither the auction house or Car Auction Buying Service Limited can offer you a refund but we can help you sell the vehicle so you can choose something more to your liking.
